What began with designing and managing events has grown into Luby Hart Design, a studio specialising in bold, considered installations for brands, hospitality and private clients. With a background in fashion marketing and a wealth of experience in the events and hospitality industry, she brings a sharp understanding of how thoughtful design can transform environments and capture attention. She leads the studio's creative direction, from initial concept and material selection through to the finer details of each installation, ensuring every project feels considered, cohesive and true to the client's vision.

Dec brings a deep understanding of how design moves from concept to reality, with an instinctive knowledge of materials, fabrication and installation. With a background in carpentry, he knows what it takes to make ambitious designs work in practice. He leads the technical side of every project, from coordinating suppliers and managing production timelines through to on-site delivery, ensuring every detail is executed with precision and the studio's creative vision comes to life seamlessly.
